I found Todd to be a very wonderful salesman and very helpful in all aspects of the transaction process. In car sales there are many people who are dishonest but I can truly say when it comes to Todd he is a man of his word. I know this to be true over a discrepancy I had on the agreed purchase price Todd backed up what I had said even though it may have cost him money. I will purchase another vehicle from Todd because of his honesty. I hope nereson suzuki understands what kind kind of salesman they have I know I appreciate him and his HONESTY.

Nereson Suzuki is far & away the best dealership I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Todd & the whole crew were very helpful & friendly with no pressure sales tactics. They were very understanding & said 'not a problem' when I couldn't get back to the dealership for a few days after I said I'd be in to close the deal. My husband bought me a 2012 Kizashi GTS at the end of May. It had 5 miles when we bought it. It now has 4,300 miles and I LOVE IT!!! The performance is outstanding, I get 32.5 MPG at 70 MPH with a 50 mile round-trip commute to work each day. The reason he said he bought it for me is he wants our 2 year old daughter and myself to be safe.Our salesman *Todd Rendon* was like a breath of fresh air...He never pressured us. Todd spent the time to ask questions and based on the information he found us a few options. Then it was up to us to decide. I thought I would have to buy a basic car because I am on a fixed income. I was wrong. Not only did Todd Rendon find me the perfect new SX4 AWD, loaded, but he and staff got me into it for a lower payment and interest rate than my previous car. Todd and the staff at The Big Lot/Nereson Suzuki in Moorhead, MN, were fantastic. This was the best no pressure car buying experience I have had in years. Do not even get me started on the extra discounts and maintenence perks they included. You have to check them out to see what buying a car should be like and seldom is.
This was the best experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Todd Rendon made everything so easy for us. He was able to find something that fit our rather sizeable family, fit into our budget, and fit our lifestyle. Though the process for us was a bit lengthy Todd and the rest of the staff made sure we were comfortable and entertained!! They also took a genuine intrest in our lives. When u think about "going the extra mile" this dealership should come to mind. Todd sent me a hand written birthday card, an anniversary card to my husband and I and a framed picture of us with our new vehicle!!!!!!! And to us, that speaks volumes. Also when I brought the vehicle back for an oil change todd saw us in the lobby and remembered who we were. That brings me to the service department, which was outstanding. The staff was pleasant, understanding,quick and thorough. ALL of the staff was professional(yetnot stuffy), friendly(but not fake)and knowlegeable. From sales to finance to service our overall experience was great and we would definitely return.
I've been to Nereson Suzuki numerous times for their excellent service department. I found that their sales department is just as helpful and wonderful. The sales representative that I worked with, Todd Rendon, was concerned about what I wanted in a vehicle. He anticipated my needs and was very informative about the features and options with certain models. I never felt pushed or pressured to make a particular choice. This helped me remain focused on buying the best vehicle for me. I am so happy with the new, black Kizashi and all of the extra services and maintenance that come with the purchase. They are dedicated to ensuring that everything with the vehicle is performing correctly. While we processed the paperwork with the head of sales, Todd took the vehicle to top off the fuel and make sure the exterior was bright and shiny. I will continue to go to this dealership for service and future purchases.
